Hugh’s produces large, irregular fruits that are a translucent, pale yellow color on the outside and an ivory white on the interior. The plants produce heavy yields of one pound fruits that have juicy, meaty flesh and a mild, well balanced flavor. This is another of the 100 varieties described in Carolyn J. Male’s book “100 Heirloom Tomatoes for the American Garden.”
